Do the cameras show on the map and you are just missing the beeps, or there are no cameras showing at all?  If the latter then you have the common the OTA update bug and need to update all maps from usb. Please complain to Lexus if this is the case.

Mm.. I'll have to check. It's just I was used to hearing the double beep alert in my RC even with the multimedia off.

I know the show cameras option is enabled in the RX, just didn't have the maps showing when driving past my local camera..

I have the double beep on my RX for speed cameras, but mine is a pre-facelift Mk 4. Perhaps the beep setting has been turned off (I don't know if this affects the double beep speed camera warning though):

I think that may be a different beep like the noise it makes when you try to input something wrongly (although I cannot be certain).  I don't think there has ever been an on/off setting specifically for the speed camera audible alert.

So had a nice drive to Oxford today and using the nav confirms there are no cameras showing and no alerts given.

I will be contacting Lexus to rectify

The immediate fix is to get them to do a full map update from usb.  Just to be sure you have checked that "show speed cameras" is enabled in the navigation options menu?

From memory... I think....

Settings->navigation->show speed camera alerts

Good luck getting it sorted.
