Squeaky when wet

Does anyone else suffer from squeaky brakes when they are wet and you are moving slowly or inching along?  Might just be moisture but I noticed this yesterday for the first time.  Just started the car up that day and did some local stops so didn't really have much time to warm the brakes up.  I am assuming this is the source of the noise but who knows.  Car has only done 9K miles so unlikely to be wear.
