Eve all

Well as you all know i picked up my new es300h and what a lovely car it is too! It certainly is a marked improvement on  my 2019 ES300h in terms of refinement and general noise insulation. Anyway, i have done about 170 miles since picking it up and i am getting the 'profile not loading' message every 10 mins or so and each time it is asking me to put in my credentials in again- when i click on the lexus icon, my name appears on there so what is the problem? am i doing something wrong?

Still learning the features myself but if Bluetooth is switched on for the phone and configured to sync to the car it seems to automatically pick the profile up for me each time. Totally agree the noise insulation is excellent and the best I have had on a car to date.

Very new to this site - Lexus owner for 3 years but my new ES has the same problem of 'profile not loading' even tho' it recognises me via my phone.

How did you resolve this?

I just followed the prompts on the screen in the car, and entered my user name and password. It only happened once for me (so far), about 6 weeks into ownership.

I very occasionally get this error in my NX350h (it has the same Lexus Interface infotainment system in it I believe). To solve this I click on "OK" on the pop-up error message (I think it's "OK" but it might be something else along those lines - I can't remember now) which will take me to a login screen. At this point I enter the email address and password that I use to log in to my MyLexus web account (or the Lexus Link app).

Hope this helps.

Success! I'm not sure what I did differently but it is now working. I suspect it may have been due to information on 'My Lexus' on the net which appeared to lack some information about my car which I rectified and then re-logged in, in the car and it seems to be OK.  It still seems strange as the car was recognised on my app on my phone.  Fingers crossed that it remains fixed.
