Removing factory fitted rear seat entertainment system

Loving my new (to me) car.  I have no use for rear seat entertainment system, it’s factor fitted, is it something someone else could retro fit into their car?   Can I get them removed and sell them?  Two screens, two remotes and two headsets.

Why not just leave as is and just ignore them?

If you want to sell the car later on you may have a bit of hassle if they're missing.

You can remove them extracting from cradle on rear of seats while pressing the button under it; I took off them and put apart for when I will give  my RX to a new owner (hopefully not soon).
