Electrical wiring diagram codes EM05B5E, EM2472E, EM2751E

I have an LS600h/600hL wiring diagram PDF purchased on the web, which has three distinct sections with codes EM05B5E, EM2472E, and EM2751E. Does anyone know what the codes refer to? More to the point, how do I find out which model I have? The info plate on the B pillar of my car doesn't have anything resembling those numbers.

All three sections contain very similar information (e.g. they all have sections for LHD / RHD / Before Nov. 2009, From Nov. 2009, From Sep. 2012 etc.) so the sections aren't split by production date. Maybe something to do with the region the car was built for, like Japan / EU / USA? I have found some minor differences between the sections so it's not just duplicated 3 times.

Searching the numbers online just finds other sites selling the same PDF.

They are listed as 'publications' when you have a nose around some US sites for Toyota/ Lexus.

Exactly what that means is lost on me...

The codes are just Toyota publication codes, they don't really mean anything without an index.

I think EM at the beginning is Electrical Manual and the E at the end is for Europe region.

EM05B5E relates to the 2007 to 2012 model, with the others being the later refreshes.

Thanks! I’ve been trying to crack the code for weeks.
I’ve been seriously considering buying the set of workshop manuals from eBay, but they are ridiculously expensive ☹️
