Rx300 Passenger footwell whet, no sunroof

Hi. Anybody experienced your rx has wet passenger floor. Car has no sunroof. i cleaned the insides of side skirt, still wet when its raining. Not the whole carpet is wet, only an area the size of an A4 paper towards the side of footwell.

Are the drains at the bottom of the door blocked?
