ABS issue with Lexus GS 430 2001

Greeting to everyone i've started having a little trouble with my ABS, every time when i come to a full stop my brake pedal is buzzing. There's no light's on the dash and it's not happening every time. Got at on the scanner on a live data and i've put all 4 speed sensors and started driving but there wasn't showing any issues with the sensors, they was working correctly. Then i've moved to the ABS Control got them on live data and started driving and it shown the rear left and right that are causing the issue. I know that is a common issue the rear ABS rings to be the trouble makers normally but if it was them it should of come on the speed sensors when i've scan them first. I really don't know what's actually causing the problem but it sounds to me that is probably the wiring and not the ABS rings. If anyone can trow more light on the subject would be great so i can start resolving the issue, here below i'll apply a pic from the ABS control witch i've scanned.
