Where Can I Find... Specific Rubber

Im looking to find a material with the same rubberised finish as used in the newer IS's.... can anyone help.. would it be possible to remove this layer from the dash of a written off IS..

It's called soft paint Paul.

We use some manufacturers who can colour match and put it into tin's too...

but doesnt the soft paint dry err hard..

its for a custom bit of thing thingy im doing on the dash...

Where can i get those paint Steve? will it come off (e.g fade, crack??), may need some to touch up the soft part of the dash (hope you know which part im talking about)....
