Rocker Cover Advise

If i were to remove my rocker cover to undertake some "cosmetic" work - is there anything i need to buy to replace? for example a gasket? as i have never done it before?

if it is a rubber gasket u can normally get away with reusing it otherwise its a new gasket.

as fluff said if its rubber it will be reuseable but would you rather need it and not have it or have it and not need it ?

what you doing anyway spraying it up

almost chrome, polished, better than chrome for heat dicipation (sp)

doing it yourself are you ?

want some micromesh

far too much effort to polish myself!! lol would take a month.

I now have 4 x 30hp 3 phase polishing machine at my disposal! (plus the skills to do the work too, lol)

does anyone have the part number for the gasket?

thats if you can squeeze your face in far enough to see it :whistling:

thats true, somewhere between the coil packs and wires that is - and it will soon be covered up when i get an engine cover :crybaby:
