theres a few different makes around for induction kits some have had k&n ones and some have had injen ones its much of a muchness as far as the intake piping itself goes but the filter counts for alot look on the american eBay under injen for a few ideas or contact TDi or prolex i am sure they will be able to sort you out

just a quick FYI .. K&N don't make an induction kit for the IS200 ... the one for IS300 don't fit... so dont even think about it! lots of ppl use Trust which seems like a decent kit, altho I've heard loads of stories about the filter being no good and letting tons of dirty into the engine.

You might wanna go for a hybrid style kit .. where u get the piping from Trust, and retrofit a better filter from another brand onto it....

or u can just forget about the idea, put in a high flow replacement filter and use that money for other mods ... like lowering suspension kits or catback exhaust.

Just my 2 cents ...

Both Altezza Sports and Prestige and TDI do induction kits for IS200.

this is untrue.

I am very happy with my trust/greddy induction kit that I bought 2nd hand from a member off this forum

I use a drop-in Pipercross filter. Not terribly expensive (definately under GBP30); but I'm not entirely sure if I can feel a genuine difference. That said, assuming it gives a 1-3 bhp increase, it's not going to have any significant difference on performance. IMO, a good option would be to just use a drop-in for now, spend the money on other things (such as a new exhaust!), and then consider the induction kit after having done up the car more.

Going to fit in my TRD antiroll bars tomorrow though. Might also slap on an ATF cooler. I'll report back on how those feel!
