Removing Emblem

Mine just had an L shaped backing piece behind the grill held in place with those little star clips. I managed to get a long flat blade screwdriver down there and lever them off.

The plastic shafts they clip onto are very soft tho, thought they might break

no backing plate :unsure:

I'll go try a screwdriver.

I did think of this, but again was worried about breaking the mesh :blush:

I just used some long nose pliers and forced the washers off

that was what I did in the end Brett ;)

I thought the pins had to come out though - hence my hardship :blush:

Once Mat pointed out the pins stay with the badge, I just loosened the washers and used a set of pliers to work them off.
