ok,we have a euro member in trouble...a uk parts supplier has failed to provide the goods,and its past his time frame on his Visa card.............can we help!!!!!!!!!

the guy ordered a HKS exhaust....many months ago

i have emailed the company about 2 months ago and they said that theye were sending the item out soon.......and its still not arrived

What's the problem? We have these on the shelf!

I am afraid that there are so many suppliers of these parts nowadays, most of whome are one man bands working in their spare time from their bedrooms etc, that it gives the established firms a rough ride.

There are also plenty of inecperienced people that suddenly become tuning experts overnight.

I can give you plenty of examples, of our customers who suddenly become our competitors.

The guy that owns Option Motorsport was a customer of ours, he has no engineering background but suddenly is an expert.

The guy that owns Torque IC was an accountant last year and was our customer, suddenly he is an expert.

There should be laws against it but sadly there isn't

one good thing out of that is that we only allow the real professionals to trade from our site.. or should i say sites.

members here know that anyone that is an authorised dealer on our forums are real professionals and backroom business will never trade from LOC or TOC

im just waiting from the result off official routes of enquirey.........

basically the plan will be to flood them with email ,requesting info....or telling them to pay up or supply........
