Quite a few member have had new clutches due to the jerking in 1st gear when pulling away at low revs, I'm on my forth! They have all been done under warranty though.

I think mine may be getting its second in a few weeks ...

Wonder if they'll bite the bullet and go for a flywheel too this time :blink:

As Ricky says - warranty ... ahhhh :hohoho:

I'm on my forth!

:o :duh: :sad::sick:

Originally I had problems with quite bad jerking/shuddering in first gear so the dealer changed the clutch and fly wheel, to me this seemed to fix the problem but at the next service the dealer said they noticed vibration when pulling away so changed the clutch (when I pointed out that had only recently done this they admitted they hadn't realised), this actually made it worse so I complained and Woodford booked it back in and fitted the forth clutch.

Anybody know how much the 70k service costs and what it entails?

Also, can anybody shed any light on when the MK dealership opens? My nearest other dealer is Hatfield but i don't fancy using them but Oxford is a fair way to go for a sevice  <_<

Last time I checked this is the price from Oxford.

70,000 mile service - £152.46

At xmas the Milton Keynes branch was at the planning stage.
