Brakes Creaking (knock) Sound

Hi Enlightened Lexus Owners!,

Getting A Single Knock (creak) sound when I corner to the left at low speeds!! Seems that it is coming from the front drivers side wheel/Suspension area......Have noticed that it is more prominent just after I release the brake pedal coming out of a slow (maybe 5 to 15 mph) Turn! It is only on the front right and nearly always while turning? Although I have heard it less frequently say while parking or pulling the car onto my drive.

Had New Front discs & pads about 6 months ago

Vehicle drives/ handle's & Brakes as it should (superbly)

Anyone Got any Ideas Or Previous on this?

same thing on mine load cracking sounds when breaking on corners

I've had my GS for 3-4 years now and it has always creaked at the front. No amount of servicing, greasing, new ball joints or new springs have ever cured it.

there ws a post on a similar subject in the IS200 section not sure if the problem migt be similar to what was experienced there.

I have had the same type of noise on my IS, turned out to be worn caliper pins, £30 ish and it was sorted when i had the pads changed.
