Pop down to your local Kwik-fit and let them deal with it - you shouldn't get charged & if they mess up it will be down to them to replace them

1. Use mole grips.

will probably knack the thread on the valve but at least you will be able to get air in.

and plastic caps will probably cut their own thread in the plastic if you put plastic back on.

2. alternatively if the lock screw is accessesable - drill them ... carefully

3. or hacksaw across the top and try to spread them open if you can

its prob because cheap materials were used - you will find the inside of the cap is aluminium or steel so this has reacted with the brass on the valve stem.

Use a hammer. It's no more effective than any other way, quite primitive as it happens but damn it makes you feel better!
