Altezza - Two Different Front Bumpers?

Hi guys,

Not bought an Altezza yet but put a deposit down on this one and intend to buy it as soon as i've sold my 200bhp Glanza :)

Anyway, back to the question, I see a lot of Altezzas with a different front bumper, this one...

Where can i find it, is it a later spec one or something? do toyota stock it?

That is the Legana bumper and AFAIK it is/was a Toyota part, try a PM to Chris.S he may be able to help.

regards the Legana bumper they were a JDM product so you'd have to get it shipped from Japan, be easier if you really love it to buy an Altezza with one already fitted as i've seen them for sale on "japparts" for mega bucks

There was an original one on eBay a while back, didn't go for crazy money either, oh and theres a few places that make a fiberglass copy which looks good but owners tell me they are not hard wearing...

Lots of altezzas over here and the prices are dropping so won't be long till theres loads of them in the breakers yards with rear end damage from muppets "drifting" mishaps on main roads ... might be easy to find one then

Not to worry, i'm not desperate for one but if it was a common part i would have had it, i'm happy with whats currently on there.

nice little pocket rocket mate, any grille will fit that bumper but as Noel said maybe you should look for a car that has that kit on it already as its very expensive to buy seperately

Not having the bumper doesn't bother me that much, i'll just make do with the standard one ....... hard life i know!! :P

Just another question that i'm sure has been covered numerous times but I can't seem to find any topics on it, whats the difference between the rs200 and rs200 Z edition?

Any info or links in the right direction would be great

There were two versions of the Legana made, but the one you're after in the picture above is the first revision.
