It's insurance renewal time - please can someone confirm what type of alarm & imobilizer my year 2002 : 52plate is200se has!

Are they standard factory fit!

Standard Factory Cat1 or Cat2 fit

Or other

Any help appreciated as i need these details because it might change the price i have been quoted.

Lucky you - mine is 1020 GBP a year fully comp business (with 20K a year) with 300 excess, I'm 28, one year driving licence and one year NCB only, hope next year be better ;)

Just done it and it comes in at over £500 :o much more than my existing policy so i'll stay where i am, and this old duffer is older than you without any claim with spouse on policy: F/C and over 10yrs NCD.

I'd recheck that quote though just for peace of mind m8.

Thats crazy, i reckon it must be down to things like - where you live / where the car is kept during the day & night / mileage & no doubt a whole host of other silly bits & bobs.

I know that i change insurers every year - my current company want £400 & the cover is worse - so how do they expect me to stay with them when i can save £220 & have a smaller excess & other benifits.
