Time Attack @ Silverstone 1/6/2008 Helpers Required !

Got 3 spare tickets for the next Time Attack round at Silverstone on 1/6/2008.

In return for free admission I need you to assist in tyre/wheel changing and minor repairs

Its a good day out but you need to be on parade by 7.30 am

I know how to change a tyre/wheel, but anything else somebody got to tell me how to do it
