Good News Letters

Hi all

I received a letter from Lexus Cov today with good news, asking me to ring them and quote the special ref No.

Anyway cut a long story short all it is, is that they try to sell u a new car and would do u this SPECIAL OFFER cos u have been a chosen one out of 50 people, After twenty mins of oohing and ahing i ask him was it about selling me a new car, after i told him i wasn't intrested his attitude change and had the bloody cheek to ask me to send the letter back... i mean what was the point of that.

What a bunch of knobs.... I really like my car, but with dealers like them i will certainly go and buy something eles when is time for a new car.

I had a call from Lexus Croydon the other day trying to sell me a car, they're not selling any at the moment as forecourts are full of new/2nd hand cars.

I got letter yesterday but it was offering £1000 off screen price of 26 cars which have been in stock for over 60 days. It said that it was valid until 10th August and could also be used against accessories or finance deposit. I know it is a letter sent to people on their database, but hey, I only changed my car..through this dealership..2 months ago and got a far better deal than £1000 off.

all dealers are at it....had 2 letters this month from a toyota dealer offering me cars at the same price they paid for them - limited one time offer that happened to be repeated 2 weeks later....just like DFS ;o)
