i had one of those too...great cars in the summer i bew the engine so converted it too rst power got offered silly money from a young boy!sold it he smashed it bad and was in hospital for a while!!think he was tryin to beat the landspeed record down a dark contry road!!he crashed in style though...........the doughnut had the roof down!!!lol

he's ok now though!

when i owned it it had 1 previous owner who had spent around 8k on it its was mint he had a new engine init which was the same bhp as a rs turbo, it was scary to drive at speed as it was a cabriolet with all that power,

Nice motor matey, we had the mk6 1.8 version in bright yellow used to be good fun flying around with the top down :)
