Is200 Oem Stereo

i,ve got an oem stereo from an is200. does anyone know what it is worth ? am thinking of putting it on eBay ! it,s from a 2004 is200 if it makes any difference !

It makes a big difference , theres a number on the front of the stereo, i think you can only fit like for like , i may be wrong , but i had to get another one , i bought it for £189 from eBay, but there are others on there selling upwards of £200

sell it on here give the lads a chance before you wack it on eBay, goodluck

if anyone can shed somelight on wether you need a code when replacing said stereos that would be helpfull , i dont want to rip out dash and find out it needs one . much appreciated

Yeah, your replacement unit must have the same number, so if you have a 13903 unit your replacement unit must be 13903 (the connections are different on the back, so it is important your new unit has the same number as the old one)

The OEM unit does not have a code, so there's no worry on that front.

are there not 2 types of radio's e.g from 1999 - 2001. 2002-2005(2002 on wards being when lexus did the slight update to the stereo)?

Very true, now you're in trouble!

I sold my working original 6 disc boot changer on Fleabay and it fetched the starting price of 99p minus the listing fee and FVF! I also had 2 carts which I included but forgot to post both of them and then the seller emailed my asking for the other.

At 99p I ignored the request as I already had the feedback seeing as I would have been out of pocket by then.

have a look and see what there selling for on fleabay and make a reserve price there people out there that will buy it even if its just for repairs,, good luck
