Write guys i don't think charlesworth motors are as good people say on here they say alot of things but like i said when coming to it No reply back at all plus i've heard on here that some members are no happy with them they can add me to the list with them their customer service is ok but when contacting them back on the phone you don't get any luck with them at all they promised me some price's for some parts that they requested for my car but No luck even when I ring.

Can anyone reccomend me someone else in manchester or near this area who deals or are specialist in lexus is200's please!!!

i really have to disagree mate, they are a normal working garage not a parts supplier and i seriously reckon they will be waiting for Prolex,

yo be fair to them their service was good when you were there

There service was good mate you might have used them loads of times but me using them the first time and they say to me they can do this and that and get any part in so when i ask to get some parts priced up nothing don't even get a reply back from them thats not a good first impression is that mate.

having just spoken to mr Prolex

he states that charlesworth have made no contact whatsoever with him, to order or even enquire about parts

if they had, he would have told them that TTE have ceased trading and parts are no longer available

unless the local dealer has them in stock, or Toyota Europe (Belgium) has stock, both unlikely, they will not be available

an alternative source will be as stated through Remus

why dont you try talking to Prolex ?

what you mean like bazza said he has spoke to prolex and they have said they have not heard of charlesworth motors ringing them or email them so that means they were saying to me that they were waiting for prolex's reply back but they never enquired in the 1st place!!

im not sure about the pricing on the clutch. The radiator seems expensive, I had one put on mine for about £140 including fitting. Also the discs and pads (guessing its front and back) I got mintex front pads and discs off eBay for £120. I think they might be taking the mick a little.

so then bosch is no no then

It seems like you dont have much luck with garages, I always use a Bosch garage for services and repairs etc.. and find them very helpful and quite competitively priced. I tend not to use them for any mods, as I have found they tend to like to keep cars standard. apparently cars left the factory without the need to modification! (I disagree)

modifying is must lol i carn't find any luck with any garage's your right there posty mate i thought bosch would be cheap but like memebers are saying they are expensive i've booked it for tommorow to get the pads done and its costing about £196 really gutted but need them changed as i am not a handy man at all or would have done it myself can no one recommend another garge to me that are good in the manchester area please.
