Tv/dvd In Headrests & Ipod Adapter

Ok i am looking to do a few 'luxury' modifications to my car, an ipod adapter is one (any ideas? I have only heard of Grom so far)

But another favourite idea is some nice tv screens in the headrests, and in the sat nav spot in the dash board. I have heard the IS sat nav can be expensive to buy and install (£300 or so), I don't mind just installing that, but only if i can play films on it, which leads me to the question, can they play movies?

So where to start with this? Are there other lexus models with this option that can be adapted for the IS, or will i have to buy universal ones? If so where and how much does this cost?

Pictures, instructions, reccomendations and advice all wanted and very welcomed.
