Tyres Agggghhhhh!

Recommended Posts

Dude,

thats very unfortunate.

I assume that you havent pee'd anyone off recently?

Would it be worth keeping a note of where the puncture occures on your tyres, then have it checked out by your dealer, to see if your car is setup correctly? (just a thought)

I take it you're not off-roading?

I hope the problem resolves soon, or you'll never have money to make mods to the great car!

I had a load of punctures etc just after I got my car. One was from a nail and there was building work going on at work with loads of nails dropped in the road around the building. I managed to get the company I work for to pay for a tyre which made that one less painful.

Another was in the side-wall of the tyre after it was parked tight against a kerb - perhaps I'd squashed a can or something against the side or perhaps someone hated me.

I think I got through 7 tyres for various reasons in the first year. :crybaby:

My tyres have been on for 2yrs 8 months now with no problems but the car has only done 25k, spare unused as yet, as for the make of tyre, Dunlop SP Sport 9000. You will be aware that tyres can be sent back to the manufacturer under complaint.
