yes but it looks awful and doesn't look right to me

But you said it had more drop on the passenger side. Is that what you meant to say? Both my IS250 SE-L and IS-F have the recessed seat rollers, but its still level with the panel. It's more functional than cosmetic to stop you inadvertently operating the roller switches.

Just had a closer look at that image and it seems to be from a maunal IS. I wonder if the fitment is slightly different from the Autos?

Mine is a manual and its slightly dipped on the passengers side ...

although if its concluded as standard on all manual IS250's .....i would say thats the worst bit of design engineering not being able to adjust 2mm on a panel for such a lovely car... i am surprised jeremy clarkson did not notice and point that that when he reviewed the car ....

Yes, if that is the case, then it does seem a bit of a random thing to do, unless there is something underneath that panel which stops it from fitting evenly. This switch in the auto's is located further forward behind the ashtray.

Did he review the manual version? Thought it was only the auto? I agree it looks odd being lopsides, so to speak. Seems odd that it cannot be raised on the passenger side to make it level.
