What Main Questions Should Be Asking

Hello Guys, After years of following this forum, I am now very interested in buying a Lexus prefably the ls430 something on a 52 or 02 plate. I don't have much experince with cars and most of the time I would prefer a mechanic look at any issues. (Hence going for an LS 430 model). The problem I have are what main questions should I be asking the seller/vendor. I have seen one or two of this models not far from where I live in liverpool in the nearly 6K region. There is a wounderful piece of documentation written about lexus inspection of an LS400 (dec 2009) which I would use. But what other questions should I be asking and wanting to see prove of. Thanks for your help in advance and look forward to your replies.

Hi if you look through the forum you will find the most common faults to look for ie coroded rear air con pipes, suspension levelers, If you dont know what to look for find a good mechanic to check it out for you ( or take it to your local lexus dealer & pay for a pre mot check ( if the vendor is ok with that).

Thanks for that, I will take my mechanic. Come to think of it, I think he has owned an ls400 and the crosssport, Thanks
