Crappy Brakes!

hey again everyone on LOC. I'm again in need of some expertise (or any) advice on my IS200. Seems when i first bought the car my passenger rear brake would stick from time to time as the previous owner mentioned. So naturally being a do-it-yourself kinda guy i decided that wasn't a big issue and i could take on a minor fix like that. Now i must say that im losing the battle as now im shocked to find that ALL of my brakes are seizing up. Yes thats right ALL the pads are pushed up against the rotors now! But before i spend too much on buying new calipers does any one know where i can buy a rebuild kit such as pistons and seals? Also how can i know if my master cylinder has simply seized up causing all the calipers to stay in the clamped positon and not retracting? I'm probably in desparate need of a brake bleed!! Well thats my problem and any feedback is much appreciated!!

If the IS has a similar setup to the LS the biggest problem I have had is seizing caliper pins, they get water down the slide, the chrome coating comes off and rust sets in.

Cost per pin (LS400) is around a tenner each.

This company does the caliper rebuild kits,
