Hi folks - just picked my new Lexus 250 (new to me -three years old). I was surprised that tthere was not a handbook. Is this normal and can the info only be found on the web? Thanks

There must have been a handbook originally, and if it is a multi media model it would have also had another handbook even thicker than the one for the car. Have you checked to see if it also has the original toolkit?

Just checked the toolkit - all new and used. I've got the service booklet, but I had presumed that there would have a handbook as well - even though I suppose that all the controls are easy to work out

If it came from a Lexus dealer as an approved used car I would ask them for a set preferably free of charge.

I am surprised it wasn't noticed on the pre delivery inspection.
