Parked my car at work 4 hours ago in heavy wind and rain and found my windows were down but I hadn't left them down. Anyone else had this problem?

Were all the windows down or just one, were the windows all the way down or just part of the way?. Have you got a electric sunroof?, if so was it open?

They were all half way down, 2008 is220d. No sunroof bud

Dealer kept saying it was me pushing the keyfob.

I found it hard to believe I was leaning on the keyfob until I was actually in my front room and heard the beep through the window and I was sitting funny with my keyfob squashed in my pocket....

I read you can have it disabled at the dealers but I think it depends on the firmware in the control ECU.

Yer that sounds about right, I went out to my dustbin a couple of weeks back a droped some rubbish on the floor, I bent down to pick it up and as I turned round to go back indoors I noticed all my windows were open, my keys were in my pocket at the time
