Is there a way to disable it whilst I turn the car on?

On the earlier models there was a switch to turn off the AS located in the toolbox area of the boot on the passenger side, have you not looked in your owners manual?

Well there isn't any mention of anything.

Nothing in the trunk etc :/

I'm too scared to start it up with it in the air incase I blow an airbag.

You could ring Lexus and ask nicely.

I'm not entirely sure what you asking, but if you are worried about 'blowing an airbag' it is impossible. The system will stop inflating the bags at a pre-set pressure, this has no relevance as to whether the car is on it's wheels or suspended in the air.
