Welcome to LOC.

My previous LS had a blockage in the sun roof drainage holes, the car flooded one night in heavy rain causing the alarm to go off at 4am!! Something we should all be checking more often I think.

First, welcome to the Club, Richard!

Second, where are the sunroof drainage holes, Phil? I don't want this to happen to me, although so far so good. Many thanks, Pepe

Thanks for the welcomes guys.all sunroofs have drain holes.slide roof back.you can only see the front ones.if you poor water carefully around the hole it should go straight down them and dribble out of the sills, under the door.if nothing comes out,its going straight into the car.hope this helps some people.

As Richards says, two at the front and two at the back. The front ones are easy see, to locate the rear ones take slightly more careful looking but it's quite easy. The main thing is not to poke too hard and dislodge pipes. I used a very thick nylon line that I borrowed, and you don't need to push hard as it's usually just mush that causes the blockage. I seem to remember when I tested it the water from the rear holes came out under the rear wings.
