What an amazing car! The LS400 really is something special. I just back from conducting a PhD viva at the University of Cambridge, so Sandbach to Cambridge and back, around 320 miles in one day. Perfect ride, not a single glitch, all the way there and back. Around £45 in gas I reckon. Felt as fresh as a daisy getting out in Cambridge and when I returned home this evening. And I enjoyed some lovely music on the way back too thanks to the brilliant sound system. I really can't fault the whole experience. Absolutely brilliant!

Only saw one other LS400, heading north on the toll road around 6.15pm with a private plate (H something I think, but I wasn't hanging around!). Anyone here?

My longest stint was 17 hours down to south Germany 2 winters ago in heavy snow, My eyes were shot from driving 400+ miles of the 700 mile journey in deep setled snow but the rest of my was fine.

Not at those lofty heights Barry. Just a mere Reader of Education trying to obtain a chair! But, to be honest, I'm quite happy with my lot in life and I can honestly say that I enjoy my job each day.
