Tyre Compressor

To be honest, I had assumed the compressor works "gunkless" since I recall that the manual asks you to drive so many metres with the gunk contained in the tyre and then stop to top up the pressure again.( assuming that the gunk can would already be depleted) I hadn't tried it but I had kept the compressor in the car in the wheel well with my space saver tyre just in case I were to need compressed air. I shall have to give it a try to make sure it works.

i have spoken to my local lexus dealer and they've advised me its to be run with the can of gunk and the replacement canister of gunk is £65 so i am going to keep another compressor in the boot and if i get a flat i'll blow the tyre back up until i can get to a tyre repair centre if its too bad the puncture i also have a can of tyre weld in the car now and i will use this instead of the oem(cost of canister £65) one as i can get it for £8 a can at asda
