I changed the plugs on our Prius not so long ago and iridium plugs came out of it.... iridium plugs went back in too. I would say that the Lexus CT has iridium plugs fitted as standard too. I believe that the NGK part reference is ILKAR7B11 and the Denso part reference is SC20HR11.

Hi Adnewton

I have a 63 plate advance and have it on admission from lexus that Iphone is incompatible with any non-nav model ct200, I was told to buy an android if I wanted to load my phone book. I ended up buying a parrot and that works a treat. You will find the Iphone will only work with the Nav system in the Luxury or Premium models.

I can use mine, just cannot download phone book, so have added key contact manually & tagged. Works fine.

SC20HR11 are stated in handbook ( iridium ). It also states to ONLY use iridium tipped plugs. They are standard.

to find the correct plug and part numbers here is a link for ngk partfinder

http://www.ngkpartfinder.co.uk/updates.php

Doesn't list CT 200h in dropdown. They are however ILKAR7B11 same as Prius.

Just use Denso. It is the OEM plug manufactured essentially by Toyota, given they were a spinoff company and still partially owned by them.

this may help you with the space in the glovebox as you can remove the shelf that is in there it just clips in

Thanks for the tip - I have just bought a 2014 model and my wife did see the glove box size as a negative - but your suggestion will help resolve this minor niggle!! - I have only driven 91 miles and this is my first Lexus and hybrid !! - I am only just beginning to settle into this new style of motoring!!

I am looking forward to becoming a true Lexus convert!!! :) :) :)

Adam, regards your original post, I'm baffled by so many things against......why did you buy the vehicle?

I was thinking the same .

I would have taken it back .if it was from a Lexus dealer they have a guarrentee you can give it back if you don't like it .
