Loc App

So I just thought I'd have a look at LOC on my phone, as I normally do and up pops an option to download the LOC App.

I thought great but then realised it's £1.49!!

Does anybody know what this app features? Because if it's like other apps it just works as a browser to view the mobile version which I can get up using my web browser for free.

Anybody got any info? I'd also suggest it should be free for gold members to download. :)

I've never used the app, but I suppose it's a good way to raise money to pay to keep the website running and that? I'd get it if there was an app for my phone!

I use tapatalk app. Is that the one you've seen?

I assume it is an app based on the cut down version of tapatalk. I use tapatalk and would prefer for LOC.co.uk just to be published to the tapatalk network (like LOC Sweden does).

I am surprised that it is not free though, none of the other forums I use charge for their own branded "tapatalk" app.

I had no idea about this. What does the £50 entitle you to?

Weird, doesn't show LOC uk on either free or pro version :(

maybe it was in the network, but was removed when the LOC App released (but will still work if you already had it added).

The mobile version of loc works perfectly on my Iphone, so what's the point of the app? That was sorta my point....

Makes it easier to view and find things on the forum.
