Hate to say it though Chris, that's likely to be driver error as opposed to car failure, puncture etc.

The GTR is a very easy car to drive fast with plenty of safety features to keep things like this from happening.

I'd need to know more about the exact circumstances that caused this to happen, but a well run trackday is no more dangerous than normal driving, in fact, I'd say it's safer in a lot of respects.

Still a shame to see things like this though. :(

That sucks! No doubt it's a risk and I need to seriously think if i want to. I use motorbikes for track so not feeling like I 'need' to track my f.

I got my track bug out of my system in my old Evo

thatll polish out easy enough. Smile. can happen on a roundabout or motorway any time. There is an argument that says some track time might prevent an accident. He was probably time trialing or something as he has numbers. On a track you drive as fast as you want, not to beat someone else.

that's goodwood isn't it? No room for error there either.... And very fast. Ive driven it twice, and was slower than a snail...

You need deep pockets for track days .
