To Sell Or Break, That's The Question

Hi Guys

I'm not sure why to do with my gen 1 gs300 sport.

I don't know of there's much if a market to sell these cars or not, it's a 1996 with 146k in a dark blue. it drives perfectly and everything works but I don't know if it would be easier to just break the car as it's only got MOT Untill mid dec. Are the engines worth anything? I guess the spares demand is pretty low as there are so little of them left around. Only looking to get £400-£500 back from it which ever route I take but just need it out of the way.

What do you guys think? Break it up or sell it? If I break it what would you try and sell? Once I have made what I want I'll just scrap the rest if it comes to that so what would be the best items to take from it?

Thanks in advance

Matt

do you know it fail the next MOT?

If you break it then the 'sport' items could sell. The wheels, spoiler, grille etc. The engine isn't really worth that much, they are reliable so you don't have a big demand. There is also competition, people are breaking and selling series I GSs on eBay etc.
