  2. Dont understand? What is the problem with giving a custumer a price for a job. If they can not or will not do the job explain to the custumer,rang them back again at 4pm today they said they would ring me back did they NO. That is terrible custumer service in my eye's. If i ran my busines like that im sure id be on the dole.

  3. My tip did the same thing I got it tack welded back in from inside the tip just have a word from a local friendly garage.

  6. Well known problem - there was a TSB for this and the mirror was redesigned in 2008. The mirror position sensor wears out, so the computer can't put the mirror back into the correct position after selecting reverse. The lexus fix is to replace the mirror. I reckon it could be done by taking apart the motor unit, cleaning it and using a dedicated potentiometer cleaner to clean the position sensors. I've been meaning to do this to mine, but I just turned off the auto-dip function, and haven't got the time or motivation to try it.
