I can bring a gazebo, BBQ and a couple of chairs. I can get hold of another couple of Gazebos but someone may have to help me out with taking stuff - I'll have a full car. I'll also bring some food. I'm only up for the Saturday though, will that be ok?

2001 IS200 Sport - Sapphire Blue Stone chips on the bonnet and loads of small scratches - worst than any car I've ever had and still doing similar miles under similar conditions. :(

I got caught low on fuel the other day and ended up filling up in a supermarket. The petrol maybe slightly cheaper but performance isn't as good as the Optimax. Usually costs me about £47 for a full tank and I usually do about 350 miles on that.

How much?!?!?!?!? And I moaned about my insurance renewals! I was recommended Bell Direct in the end and they did me a really good deal, maybe worth a shot?:wow:

The only thing is you tend to get walloped with insurance costs on the Jap imports. My husband has a Jap import Honda Prelude V-Tech and the companies that will insure imports usually cost a mint.:?:

That sounds great. I'll bring mine along for the centre of the car pitch. I'm not sure I can make it over the whole weekend, but if I can, I'll leave them with you and we can arrange for me to get them back afterwards!

I can get hold of 4 or so Gazebos - we can link them all together and maybe get hold of some more if needed.

Got my stickers on now - keep looking out for other members but no spotted anyone yet. The sales guys at work with their BMWs, Subarus etc have all been commenting !

My husband swears blind that his Honda Prelude V-Tec is better than the Lexus but keeps 'borrowing' my car (perhaps just to make sure?!?!). He's now suggesting that when I chop it in in 2 years time, he keeps it - 2 car Lexus family? Coooool !

Oooh, worst cars...these are pretty good contenders: Mk 1 Ford Fiesta - the mechanic laughed so hard when I took it for an MOT, he wouldn't take the money to do it Mk II Ford Escort (Yellow!) - Didn't 'do' starting. Has to park it on a slope to bail it out after it rained. When it got sunny, the carpets grew mushrooms! G Reg Seat Ibiza GLX - 1st 'proper' car, sold it to get a deposit on a flat Honda Prelude V-Tec (4th gen) - my hubbies car, still got. The IS200 is DEFINITELY the best! :smilegrin:

Thanks loads for the tips, I tried them all. Tesco was steep at £1400, but Bell Direct came through at just under £750 - thanks Andy. Do you all get whacked for the modifications on your cars? I've seen some of your specs and they all look really good...
