where does this stereotype come from (other than from the ferved imaginations of tosspots like Clarkson?) I've been to loads of meets, and seen loads of Lexus on the road - and not seen anyone I would describe as a pimp or a gangster. certainly never seen a Lexus driver with a gun, or "slapping a ho". The boring / middle aged / golf set stereotype I can understand, you tend to see older drivers, especially in the GS / LS end of the range. It not that true - but at least I can understand where he gets the stereotype from. But gangster pimp? WTF?

the TTG is good. there are newer units out, with things like phone integration, traffic news etc - which is probably why the basic unit is dropping in price
