Just recieved a call from Customer Service Centre SC3 regarding my views and opinions on the issues I have had with my local dealer. Very interesting to see that they are taking an active interest in individuals who have had issues. They were adament that they would be improving the service considerably over the next few months. Any one else had any calls of this nature? And if so, what was the purpose and outcome?
