I am in love with this car.Its supposedly amazing in std form,its gonna be outstanding with mods.

its an awesome machine mate.Thats the car that made me want to supercharge mine.The guy uses the same ESS kit that im having fitted to mine.It has quite a few other mods,which allow it to do the ring on 7:22,but it also had one of the best drivers driving it too.he is ETCC winner as well STCC winner,he drove the Schubert Motorsport Z4M coupe with Stuck senior and junior as well as Claudia Hurtgren in VLN this year as well 24hours.This car is now on auction and 10% is going to charity. http://www.bid2aid.com

i do like the veilside sound- i heard it recently on an IS who's owner doesnt use LOC and its pretty darn good!

recently i had my wing mirror kicked off by some lout,and couldnt work out how to remove the old mirror base,in order to fit a new one.After frantically trying i decided to ring gaylord Gord and naturally his genius flowed and he showed me the way.Anyway just been browsing through old threads and found this-should really have searched in the first place. nice one mate,thats awesome.its basically the triangular bit that has been snapped in half and im wondering how i go about keeping my housing and use your triangle bit,if you know what i mean.I assume they are the ones that are for sale?If so how much?

ok can anyone help.i looked at the car a little more closely today.It seems that there is a black triangle of plastic that attatches the mirror to the door.My mirror is intact and the glass isnt broken,the prats have managed to fairly cleanly snap that plastic moulding.I see the wing mirror has screws on its underside and once these are unscrewed i can remove part of the damaged attatchment material.My question is,can this moulding be purchased seperately and can it be easily fixed.Ill try and get a few pics up 2morrow morning in the light.

thanks for all the comments and info chaps.Last night i felt my car was targetted,however after speaking to a few peeps today and reading some of the comments left here,it would seem that this is now the norm in the UK and it can happen to anyone, ive possibly been lucky the last 15 years on the road-cos ive never had anything like this done before.I suppose the new generation really doesnt have any respect for anything,oh well.

my Is200 is rarely used these days and as a result its parked in the corner of my parents driveway,anyway got a call today from the old guy saying someones kicked my wing mirror and its hanging on the side of the car,im absolutely fuming and cant believe someone would do that in my parents area,cos its a really safe area.Naturally i drove straight over and realised it was not repairable,i must say i was nearly in tears-i hate beautiful things being damaged,oh well.just wondering if anyone knows if there is a plat ice drivers wing mirror for sale anywhere.Im sure its quite a cheap part,but would be nice if i can get a used one. Im ANGRY,i have alot to say about those twits too,but dont think the forum will accept my language,so ill let you imagine how angry i am.

I know one of the Guys on Evo, he has bought the RS4 2007 model as I have, I was hoping to come back to Lexus with this model, we will see just how the two compare on Evo. The guy im talking of is Steve from EVO who frequents bm3w and the porker sites.He defo doesnt have an Rs4 tho.Interesting that you drive the RS4 2007,was it used,or was it an old order?reason is they stopped building a while ago.I do appreciate the vid,cheers for that,its just i really dont rate the American reviews as Parthiban says,prefer uk,less drama normally.

i appreciate what the review says,i just dont buy it!im still waiting for Evo to test it here in the UK.They give the most honest and non-bias reviews for performance cars.I know one of the guys there and he has told me that from his point of view the IS-f could be beating the RS4 and the M3 around the ring.
