  1. Bought one of those from the Birmingham motorshow in 2000, It was on one of those demo stands for a small company, Autoglym have since bought tham. Have used it ever since. Great tool.
  2. The 40 offset with the 8.5 width at the back might give you arch scrub problems, but I cannot see any problems at the front. If you can get a supllier who will try before buy then go for it, However if you can always try and stick with the standard offset.
  3. Check the pads as well there is a clip on the back which sometimes can break. This alows the pad to move within the caliper.
  4. Must have got it from the Colour ripoff shop! Same place you got your green tyres!!
  5. I know the guy's your talking about. Burton Power, in Essex, famous for tuning Ford's, you can still get them on 0208 554 2281
  6. He Rod your conversion question answer is wrong. For conersion factures see http://www.watb.net/info/c_factor/speed.shtml

  8. Welcome to the club. Car looks great. Watch what your doing with the Black paintwork it is easily spoiled. I have had mine Tough Sealed. Keeps the shine easy now. Hope you have a good ownership.
  9. Very nice Steve. How about one with all the members cars from the gallery?
  10. Worst:- Vauxhall Frontera Sport, I thought it was going to roll over as I cornered. Best:- Lotus Carlton, what other car can carry 5 adults and 5 sets of golf clubs at 180mph! Best thing is you can buy them for under £20k now!!
  11. Don't know about the offset, but the centre bore is normally manufacture specific. Best thing you can do is try them on. If the bore is to big they will move about on the studs before you tighten up, small is self explanitery. The offset is not to important if you try them and they clear all the metal work around them. Go for it!!
  12. A simple rule of thumb is if you don't know, stick to the tyre pressures specified for the car. They are always going to be suporting the same load no mater the size.
  13. Bad news, I don't get home till the 14th of April, but If anyone else is up for it stick your name below.
  14. Have you checked all the suspension and stearing componetns for any damage, even a slight knock can send then right off.
  15. Maybe Never................................manufactures are just not developing V12's anymore due to rising fuel costs. Keep paying the wages boys!
  16. Guy's You don't buy a Lexus to lug loads about. If you want to load up anything bigger than a set of Golf clubs you hire a van!!!
  17. Knockhill for the BTCC sounds like a great idea. Will check my rota when I get into town to see if I'm home for the BTCC, if I am I should be able to go.
  18. As we seem to have a increased amount of Scottish members, I thought I would throw about the idea of a Scottish Meet. There are many venues we could try (knockhill etc)and of course anyone would be welcome. including southerners!:D If you have any ideas or just think it's a waste of time, post them here.
  19. This is going down the same road as the stars thing!!
  20. John, you have made my wife very jealous, she has always hinted after an RX, but I'm just not into all-roaders. Hope you have an excellent onership experience. Stick a review of your RX and Edinburgh dealership in reviews. If you can't make JAE you can always come to the Scottish meet................................................that's once I've got round to organising it!
  21. :wow: Better get it something warm to drink and put it off to bed!
  22. You can now buy an additive for your washers from Rain-X, I find using the 2 together makes it last for nearly a year!
  23. Don't think it is mate - my sig appears in over 450 other posts with no problems. I'll let Steve know That's it 450 post's just rub it in...............................here's you knife back!!
