    I think there must be difference in the seats that you have and the full leather seats in my IS (limited edition). Like i said i've used the Priori XP in mine for 18 months with no problems. There is certainly no way the buckle can open. The fit is excellent with none of the problems you mentioned and the leather is protected with a gripper mat. Like you i contacted Maxi-cosi b4 i purchased and they confirmed it will fit no problem. Maybe the design has changed?

    I've used the Priori XP with no problems for 18 months now. Fits the seat ok. Not sure what you mean by 'buckle crunch' but i don't think i have it!!

    The tip was only £30 which included the labour to weld it on, so as Jamie says it is a cheap alternative to getting a full zaust. There was plenty of styles and shapes to choose from including ovals and twins etc but this one seemed to fit the TTE skirt just nice. Not sure about the position of the rear badge myself, might put it lower down. Just wanting some TTE / Eiback lowering springs now, needs slamming down a bit. Does anyone know of any or have some for sale? Thanks for the comments guys.

    Had this Powerflow exhaust tip fitted over the weekend and quite pleased with the look. Obviously it's just cosmetic and does nothing for sound or performance cos it's just the tip. Previously had a chrome one bolted on but looked crap after about 6 months as it turned rusty. The Powerflow one is actually welded on and shouldn't go rusty as it's stainless. Really wanted a cat-back but - a) Havn't got the pennies right now b)There's nothing wrong with my standard b/box So will wait till my original b/box drops off til i get a cat-back now Also stuck on some TRD badges..........what do you think?????

    Goodyear Eagle F1's are highly recommended although i personally rate Avon ZZ3's, no slipping at all in fact they stick like glue and very reasonable @ £63 each + fitting. If your car is 'slipping' as you say you may have a geometry problem or something else causing this. Generally speaking i always thought the IS was a very sturdy car.

    I live in Hull, but i'm making the long trek down to see the Dr tomorrow. You can't put a price on your cars safety and handling IMHO. There are no places in Yorkshire that use Tony's settings, the nearest is TDI (North) Warrington.

    Try Chris S on this forum for your front lip and grill or Lexus Teeside have been known to have special offers on styling parts. I've heard the TTE springs lower the car without affecting ride comfort. Hope this helps.........
