    OBDII will work on the IS, it was a requirement for ALL cars to have it from 2001 hence why the machines say that,

    They have clips front and back, these have probably broke when it was removed/came off. ive used superglue on mine and not had any problem with them

    You dont have a satnav, you have the latest style centre tray, only came with the later LE cars. Put a pic up but im pretty sure thats what youve got. Also if you dont have satnav as standard there will be no wiring

    Can i ask why your doing this? is there anything wrong with the 165,000 mile engine? if not it'll keep going and going if its serviced well.

    I really wouldnt bother mate, Far easier to buy an Altezza and add the lexus goodies (heated seats etc) but if you do. the dash loom etc should be ok, only issue is the speedo is setup for 6 pulses (ie 4 cylinders) and your fitting an engine giving out 4. So an altezza speedo is possibly an idea as well. should pick one up pretty cheap and plugs straight in.

    technically the IS200 SE and Sports came with 2 subs. as the rear speakers are actually 4 speakers but one's sat on top of the other. The bottoms ones being bass only.

    Mate send me £49 and ill provide you with the same "improvements" it'll cost me all of £0.50 to make the "performance chip" its basically a variable resistor in a box complete waste of money

    I doubt it, they dont have the IS200 over there

    The water pump is engine driven so it doesnt click in and out, that might be the aircon pump? the thermostat doesnt prevent circulation it mearly diverts the water through the rad to cool it when its hot enough
