    I can get 410 miles and then the red light comes on, thats normal motorway speed (upto around 80mph) Driving about 80mph+ I normally get around 350miles to a tank. Best advice is to keep the car serviced and you should be ok

    Is anyone bothering buying all the safety equipment needed for driving in Europe (Warning Triangle/Spare Bulbs/Hi Vis Jacket/ First Aid Kit & Fire Extinguisher) seems alot of money just for a week. Just about to start packing and getting the car ready(needs a clean!!!!) Cant Wait Now, Hope everyone has a good trip down next week and ill see you all over the weekend.

    Just a note on the EHIC (used to be E111) you are unable to do it in the post office like before and you need to send away for it and wait for it to come back in the post. My partner spoke to the post office and they said this could take a couple of weeks to turn around and advised us to do it on the website (www.dh.gov.uk/travellers) as they can normally get them out on next day delivery!!!! Filled in the form on Monday and received our cards on Wednesday so much better then sending it off in the post.

    Halfords have stopped stocking this line, as ive been after a set for ages and ive now been told that they have been discontinued. Have to get the super sticky pads in the end

    What time are you guys planning to meet up at the track on the Saturday and where is the best place to meet, Main car park? As im leaving next Sunday morning and wont have access to my computer while im over there. Was hoping to sent some pictures back while im there but I need to sweet talk my girlfriends father in taking his laptop!

    80k is a major service, just had a 70k done at the lexus dealer and it was £250 and i think the major service costs around £450 upto £600 (might be wrong on that figure ) I got a local garage price recenlty which was gave was £140 - and they would change the price if i wanted to upgrade / provide the parts

    Arnt the marshall really strict on filming at the ring and ive been told that last year they were searching cars & bikes as they got to the gate for hidden cameras. I think most people have to hide them until they get through the gates and then film or like me get the misses to hold it while i drive (hopefully taking her mind off the driving!!! :winky: )

    I believe that you can only find address by road name and then house number, Ive asked Lexus before if the newer updated discs has any additional features and its only the updated maps. Not sure if the DVD version are the same as the CD thou??

    Finally fitted my new alloys which i got from Rolex!! Also painted the brake calipers red - just waiting for the lexus stickers to come from the shop and my wheels will be complete! From THIS! To THIS!!!! Maybe tint the windows abit not sure, need to save up for 4 new tyres and get a bot lip spoller!!!!!
