  1. I work next to a laser/water cutting company. If we are lucky they have the right tools for these things as well. I'll talk to them tomorrow and let you know what they think about it.
  2. So did I. It seems they are quite difficult to make, but I will continue looking for a manufacturer.
  3. Fantabulous! I've seen a few pictures of them. I suspect there is a member who's making them, but who? Are they still available? Cheers
  4. These are the parts you get when you order the armrest from Sewell It's worth every penny in my opinion :)
  5. That's correct :) I was first going to use IS300 headlights as they can house the whole projectors and still have the factory sealing caps mounted. If someone has a picture of the back of the headlights I can show what I mean. However, their downside is that, unless you fit them to a 2002 model or newer IS200 (at least in Swedish, as they have the same headligts as IS300), the leveling motors will not work. You would have to manually adjust the headlights with a screw driver. Also, the car needs a bit of modifying to make the IS300 headlights fit. Yesterday I was going through a lot of boxes in my apartment when I found my old experiment headlight used to test how easy it would be to spray the clusters and fit angel eyes. I took it apart and discovered that it would be perfect for projector retrofitting. The leveleling motor will still work just as usual and the only problem I can see is that I will have to make a new rubber sealing of some kind. That will be a later issue. I'm hoping to start working on my projector project during next week. I will update my thread when I've made some progress. Cheers
  6. That's about half as much as I have to pay, £1600/year I'm 21 years old, that's the only reason my insurance is so high. If I were to insure the car on my father it would be £400/year.
  7. Thanks a lot guys :) I just figured a few of my pictures could answer some members' questions Thanks :) So do I. I'm currently looking for a broken IS300 headlight to experiment with. A sponsor of mine have provided me with two 65mm projectors and a D2S xenon system. I have also found out who makes the L-tuned front bumper I've fallen in love with... it turns out that it is Toyota Japan, which is both good and bad. Since it's made by Toyota it should fit perfectly, but it's quite expensive. About £750 + shipping from Japan. This is the bumper I'm very close to buying, I already have the L-tuned rims:
