why cant you use your photocard ? as long as it covers cars you will be ok Because the date on the license runs out on Tuesday, so after Tuesday I can't "legally" drive a car on the road. It will have to be sent to DVLA Swansea unless the Northampton office can do replacement licenses on the premises? Or a covering letter to explain what is going on? Will know for sure on Tuesday, if not I am sure someone will be happy to take her up the 'strip for me. Maybe James from TGT if he makes it to the show?

Normally in the region of £100 ish. Best "mod" for the money you can spend on your car.

Annoying because Santa Pod won't let me run without a licence, the photo copy is not good enough and I doubt they will sort it by the time the meet takes place. This annoys me more than anything at the moment. I didn't see the Watchdog thing, so thanks for the link, very helpful.

They sent back my driving license today after renewing my photo card section and all of a sudden I can't drive anything apart from a car (I have/had every license available car, truck, bus, artic, etc..)and that entitlement runs out on Tuesday............... I have just got back off the phone and apparently they don't make mistakes like this, so the years of driving a PSV/LGV vehicle must have been a bad dream. They suggest re-taking both the LGV and PSV tests as the best way to re-instate my entitlement and re-apply for a license for the car part? As though I have 2K or more to spend on driving lessons/tests again. How can they treat people like this if I was earning a living on the road I would be unable to do so due to their incompetence that they don't want to admit to. I have a photocopy of the license that I was going to send the insurance company but forgot to so I can even prove my past entitlement, this also falls on deaf ears. So off to Northampton DVLA office for some face to face fun but not till Tuesday as I can't get there till then. I am very nearly annoyed.

coolio.. you may want to check the config of your sub. from your sig it says you have the dual 2 ohm sub . this is either 1ohm or 4ohm when wired up to your bridged amp. 4 ohm is fine just not as powerful but its not 1ohm stable so could cause you some probs. let me know if you need any help with anything mate. OK. Not heard it yet as I let TGT sort the final wiring of the 12v feed and earth, and put in your favourite things 6*9's........................

Many posts on these sort of things, mostly a waste of money. I would like to see an independent review on the dyno before parting with my money. I just can't see it giving you the increase you want.

Yea re-built and apparently better than the 1st one? Acceleration is immense by comparison to the 1st build due to the lower ratio LSD I can't get there till Sunday so something to look forward to.

I don't think my £497.98 system would stand 1/2 a chance against substantially more expensive installs but I may well be able to get there and have a look. would be interesting to get a 2nd opinion in the flesh so to speak.

Just waiting for the air-con to be gassed now. If I leave it on at the Pod Stav may stand 1/2 a chance :P

Having Police as customers does [pay off sometimes!! There will be at least 3 Bedfordshire and 4 N'hants cars on patrol on the 21st. They are looking for "an excuse" to pull you, i.e. numberplate, tints, driving with fogs on when it is clear etc........... you have all been warned in the nicest friendliest way.

You could always register as a LLP, Limited Liability Partnership. Again get an accountant to advise you.
