  1. Well James at least you now know for definite, which is sort of in line with my earlier thinking/reasoning
  2. You know best, however a word is enough for the wise
  3. Think about? do electrics and water go together? answer is NO they don't. The Electronics on modern cars these days are the most expensive parts of a car(numerous ecu's, wiring looms etc etc) Your Renault 4, Mercedes 350SE, Peugeot 604 and others were 90% mechanical, so no ecu's for this that and the other, or miles and miles of wiring looms.
  4. Had mine done around May last year, cost me £80 a corner and had all four done (acid dipped and powder coated). They were able to march the F Sport colour pretty well.
  5. Are you sure they are meant to though?, with the front drl's the rear lights tend not to come on. I am personally no a fan of this approach and rather prefer it if both front and rear light up. However manufacturers have recently(over the last few years) started adopting this approach so both front and rear light up. Hope this helps.
  6. Apart from anything else not doing your car anything good though
  7. Just an add on,you can take it or leave it, choice is yours, my independent garage used to offer an engine flush as part of a service but have since stopped, now an option if you ask for it
  8. You should have a space saver in the wheel well in the boot
  9. As far as I am aware the IS250 advance nor the f sport were ever fitted with run flats from factory
  10. For me personally they look better and also work better 😌
  11. I don't think it can(a bit too old) like my IS250 f sport lol, technology has come a long way since then, so applies to more recent cars
  12. Congratulations and welcome to the LOC Balazs, hope you find the forum informative and educational, hopefully someone will come along and answer your question
  13. Any good garage/mot tester should be able to tell you the cause of the problem, furthermore the aim can be adjusted/corrected
  14. If you only do short runs try and get some sort of solar or trickle charger so battery is kept topped up
  15. You can open a dispute or on the other hand use them, I have 22 and 21 inch on mine
  16. Any solution to the problem 🤔
  17. Just the luck of the draw as they say, recently ordered a brand new oil pressure switch for a vauxhall corsa and you guessed it was faulty lol
  18. Nothing wrong with Yuasa batteries, I have had them in several cars 🚗 without any problems, check for other underlying issues 😉
