    its not a straight swap no, the easiest way is to sell it and get one with matching model numbers, i tried swapping plugs with later ones and never got it to work...Sorry. or buy facia adapter and amp bypass lead to fit normal din sized stereo one other thing if yours is just the s model has its own model stereo and takes a different adapter lead.

    Noooo, that wont last another 10 miles, give me the wheels before it goes bang LOL. seriously that looks great loads of life left yet, if you intend keeping it do the cambelt and you should be ok for another 50k at least.

    you press tab in and pull on bulb plug, and the bulbs come out by twisting, no springs ect to mess with although passenger side is fiddly.

Be aware switches take a combination of 2 sizes one for on/off indicator and one for illumination.

    Not done my lexus wheels yet, but had a silver vectra with white penta wheels....thinking of the same for the 200 after winter. Or maybe gunmetal...or .......indecisive .....ME...???

    It would be cheaper to replace it, but make sure the replacement is the same model number.

    mostly on cruise though set at 60 mph.....boring but cheap LOL.

    Last time i worked it out i managed 40mpg on a trip from chesterfield to tunbridge wells and back, is200 auto. Used the fuel calculator online.

    appreciate your input, Bit out of price/swap range though, seen some rx300,s go for about market value of my 200..the 400 is way above at minute. Any offers though LOL.

    Hope this doesnt break any rules Been looking for a rx300 due to disability and thought id ask the above question on here first. Would rather someone benefit on here before selling my is200 on e-bay ect. NOT a for sale thread more of a swap with no cash involved if possible.     the model number on front of stereo has to be the same wether its a top loader or not, as theres a few different models even though they look the same, as you have found out. Make sure the numbers match 13902 ect.
